In the children’s game “Number Magic?”, 2-4 players set off on a treasure hunt with numbers from 1 to 10. The elf, dwarf, wizard and giant set off through the enchanted forest in search of their treasures. The elf finds four stars here, the dwarf six gemstones there and the wizard is still looking for three magic potion bottles. Whoever remembers where the right number of treasures are hidden will be the first to reach the wonderful magic castle.

Younger players initially play this board game with the numbers one to five. For older players, the additional cards up to ten are added. In this way, the game adapts to the child’s stage of development. In a variation of the game, the children sort their treasures according to the stars shown on the cards, familiarising them not only with numbers but also with different representations of numbers. “Number Magic” playfully promotes children’s basic mathematical understanding and thus lays the foundation for further success with maths.
