Order management
Using the order management function, you can easily and independently manage different delivery addresses, view the current status of your order, track your shipment with our logistics partner or take a look at your past orders in the store.
Foreign service
Companies based in other EU countries with a VAT ID number automatically receive the information required for intra-trade statistics, e.g. customs tariff number, on their invoices. You can find further information on tax-free shopping here.
Additional services
We are also happy to support you with the procurement of items that you have not found in our range, with larger project inquiries or with the delivery of items to several different delivery addresses.
Set up a reseller account
To buy from mangoli as a reseller and benefit from special conditions, please proceed as follows:
- Registration
Please create a customer account by clicking on “Register”. After your account has been activated, complete your address and enter your valid VAT number in addition to your company name. - Proof of dealership
Upload your proof of dealership as a PDF directly in your account under ‘Personal data’. - Activation
Once you have been activated, you can view our retailer purchase prices via the previously created online customer account and order directly online at these conditions.
You will be notified of the conversion of your online account by a separate e-mail after your submitted documents have been processed. As a rule, activation should not take more than 1-2 working days.
