With your online account you automatically take part in the mangoli bonus program and collect mangoli bonus points with your purchase value. This means you get one bonus point for every EUR 1 you spend.
Shop, collect bonus points and convert your bonus points into real euros. It’s easy: choose how many of your already collected mangoli points you would like to convert into direct discount when you make your next purchase.
Collect mangoli points
As a registered customer, you will automatically receive mangoli points credited to your customer account every time you make a purchase via your personal customer account. On the item page, you can find out how many mangoli points you will receive for purchasing the item.
How to redeem mangoli points
You can redeem your mangoli points for attractive direct discounts in the shopping cart and at the checkout. Enter the number of points you wish to redeem and click on the “Use mangoli points” button.
The more points you redeem, the higher your discount.
The use of bonus points received is only possible after the expiry of the revocation period for the associated order.
Points account in your customer account
In your personal customer account under the menu item “My mangoli points” you can view the current status of your bonus points and check the history of collected and redeemed bonus points.
Conditions of participation, reservation of voluntariness
Participation in the bonus system is free of charge and non-binding.
Any customer who registers in our store and creates a fully-fledged customer account can participate in the bonus system. Bonus points are only credited for orders placed via an existing store customer account.
No bonus points are credited for orders without a customer account (e.g. guest account, login with Amazon, express payment with PayPal).
Subsequent offsetting of bonus points is not possible.
Cash payment of bonus points is not possible.
It is not possible to combine bonus points from several customer accounts.
It is not possible to transfer bonus points to another customer account.
In the event of returns or complaints, no or only partial bonus points will be credited or existing bonus points will be reduced. Bonus points that have already been redeemed cannot be converted back, especially in the event of a cancellation.
Bonus points expire within 2 years of the order date if they are not redeemed.
The offer by the mangoli Store and participation in the bonus system by the customer is voluntary. We reserve the right to terminate the bonus system at any time without giving reasons, to replace it with another system or to change the conditions.
The conversion values in the illustrations and explanations are examples.
There is no legal entitlement to the redemption of collected bonus points.
Participation in the bonus system can be terminated if the account holder deletes their customer account. The points account expires at the same time. When re-registering, expired points will not be restored.
