Purchase on account via Klarna or PayPal:

Before completing the order, you will be redirected to the Klarna or PayPal page. There you confirm your invoice payment and can then complete your purchase. You can find more information about Klarna’s processing and conditions here.

After submitting the order, you will be redirected to Klarna or PayPal to confirm the payment details. Klarna or PayPal will check your details and approve the payment option. You do not need a Klarna or PayPal account to purchase on account.

Did you enter the wrong reason for payment when you made your payment?

To ensure that our service partners can allocate your payment to the correct order, it is very important to enter the correct details in the reason for payment. In the event of an error, please contact the selected payment provider immediately and directly.

Have you not received a payment confirmation?

If you have not received a refund or confirmation of payment after five working days, please contact us so that we can help you.

For offices, authorities and other public institutions:

For government offices, authorities and other public and church institutions, we also offer purchase on account without third-party providers.

We offer purchase on account for all public institutions in Germany & Austria. Proceed as follows when placing an order: Order your desired goods in our store subject to payment and select “Prepayment” as the payment method in the shopping cart when completing the order. Also enter “Public carrier. Please send on account!”. Your order will now be checked by one of our employees, who will contact you by e-mail at the address you provided for verification purposes.

• All research institutes with a public sponsor
• All health insurance companies, cooperatives and social insurance institutions, libraries

Payment term: The invoice is not usually enclosed with the goods, but is sent by e-mail. The term of payment is 7 days after receipt of the goods.

Purchase on account for German customers from the second order:

From the second order onwards, you can pay conveniently on account – without any third-party providers if you order in Germany! You will receive the invoice directly from us and can simply transfer the amount within the specified period. It’s that easy!
