With the mangoli TAX-FREE service, we offer customers from countries outside the European Union the opportunity to shop easily and conveniently tax-free.
Our store automatically recognizes whether a tax exemption applies based on your billing and delivery address and automatically adjusts the taxation. *
Corporate customers within the European Union also have the option of completing their purchase tax-free during the ordering process. All they need to do is enter a valid VAT identification number (VAT ID no.) for the address provided.
Are VAT-exempt orders possible?
Yes, for companies within the EU with a valid VAT ID, VAT-free orders are possible as intra-Community deliveries in accordance with §4 No. 1b in conjunction with §6a UStG. §6a UStG are possible. You can enter the VAT ID when registering your customer account or enter it in your customer account in the billing address. Please note that the VAT ID must be entered before the order is placed. For legal reasons, different delivery addresses may not be permitted for VAT-free orders.
Please also note that we do not refund VAT retrospectively due to the additional booking effort involved. The VAT ID must be entered in the customer data before the order is completed and the VAT ID must be valid at the time of ordering. Our system carries out an electronic comparison via the Federal Central Tax Office. If the VAT ID is invalid or the company name and legal form are misspelled, it is not possible to place a VAT-free order.
Can the VAT be refunded retrospectively?
No. Even if customs documents are subsequently submitted, the VAT cannot be refunded through us.
* When delivering to non-EU countries, additional fees, taxes, customs and import costs may be incurred which are not paid via us and are not invoiced by us. These additional costs are not reimbursed by us and are to be paid directly by the buyer to the local customs and tax authorities. Please inform yourself in advance with the responsible institutions in your country.
