Logiquest Schattentempel – board game (DE) for 1 player, ages 8+

After years of searching, you’ve finally found it: the legendary shadow temples! An ancient people once hid their treasures here, behind thick walls with strange murals. The most valuable treasure was a statue, set with forty precious stones that carry the spirit of life of this people. Thieves once took the gemstones from this statue. Fortunately, however, they did not get far – a magical barrier around the temples prevents the gems from leaving their walls. And so they are all still scattered around the temples until this day. Now it’s up to you to put the gems back into the statue to honor the people of the shadow temples.

Logiquest Shadow Temple is an adventure puzzle game in which you have to arrange stones so that their shadows match the pictures on the puzzle cards. Each puzzle provides a mural that can be found in one of the ancient temples. It shows which stones are scattered nearby. Once a day the sun shines through small holes in the walls into the temple. Then the stones cast a shadow on the wall. If the shadow exactly matches the mural, you have solved the puzzle.

Take a puzzle card, there are different levels of difficulty. Try to arrange the stones so that when the lamp is switched on they cast a shadow on the wall that exactly matches the mural. Once you think you’ve solved the puzzle, turn on the lamp and see if the shadow matches the mural. If so, the puzzle is solved.
