Havena was once a flourishing trading metropolis, but the times of splendor are over: The old princely city on the misty estuary the great river vacillates between decay and confidence. While the sailors are squandering their money in Nalleshof, a few blocks away in the Orkendorf there is oppressive misery under crooked facades. The gloomy towering ruins of the lower town, which sank 300 years ago during the Great Flood, are still cursed today.
