The world of commerce and decadence has given way to a world of responsibility and survival. An epidemic of apocalyptic proportions is raising the dead around the globe to feed on the living. After a few months, society is finished: there is no government, no supermarkets, no post office, no cable television, and no Internet. In a world ruled by the dead, we are forced to finally take our lives into our own hands. As the leader of a group of survivors, you are responsible for the fate of your group members – and perhaps even the future of humanity. The undead are present almost everywhere and pose a permanent threat. But perhaps the greatest threat to your survival in this gruesome new world, are your fellow survivors. In order to survive, you’ll have to increase your group and your group’s sphere of power, as well as control more land to have more of the extremely scarce resources. You’ll have to fight against death and naked horror to open up additional territories for your group. When the inevitable final onslaught (overrun) of biters starts, the group with the most territories will be in the best position and will win the battle for survival. This is the world of The Walking Dead.
