Equipped with faith, power and heroism, the heroes of the Shores of the God Whale go on adventures. While the Thorwals are connected by their belief in their god Swafnir, the Gjalsk shamans serve many deities, led by the mammoth god Natru-Gon.

Brave warriors defend their Ottajasko from all kinds of dangers or roam as animal warriors through the moors and the highlands of the Gjalsker. In the magical academies of Thorwal and Olport, the magicians pursue the exploration of the elements and the analysis of magical phenomena, while the magical wizarding bards, called Sangara in Thorwal, move from place to place and sow discord or make peace in the name of the Swafnir’s son Ögnir.
