With the FH-16, Volvo offers a new tractor in the top class. It is based on the basic FH series model that has been on the market since 2001, but has a new cab and is equipped with new technology. The FH-16 is the most powerful, comfortable and safest Volvo truck ever built. Its main features are a new 16-litre engine with an output of 610 hp, a comfortable cab interior and an active safety system. The FH-16 was built to withstand the tough conditions of heavy haulage in Europe with a high average speed and low fuel consumption.
